The texture is created by firing various caliber bullets into the
surface of the metal. Some of them have penetrated through
the body, some have bounced back, and others have been
captured within the metal.

Traces may appear disruptive from the traditional
viewpoint of craft, and challenging centuries-old
traditions is the very intent of this work.
